Material Pull Reports

The material pull function is used where inventory is stored in more than one location. This is usually the case when large volumes of material arrives from off shore. This feature permits the user to specify the desired "safety stock" quantity in the primary stockroom. If the primary stock level is below the specified quantity the system will generate a report to "Pull" or transfer material from the secondary stockroom to the primary stockroom. The quantity to "Pull" or transfer is also specified.
